Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), a Government of Dubai organization, fully respects the privacy of all users of the “RTA Smart Drive” Mobile Application (App). Depending upon the mobile operating system the user is prompted to allow the App permissions to access certain features/services on the device. Any access or integration to the on-board services and features of the device by this App is used to provide you with the Live Traffic Information and Navigation service only. When you are using this App with or without the Live Traffic service, we do not ask for, store, or associate any personal identifiers with your GPS information. As part of our responsibility, we would like to inform, why the App requires access to the various services and device features to deliver a better Smart Drive experience to the end user. 1. Read device state and identity - Used for Licensing the App on the device 2. Receive text messages (SMS) – Used for Sharing Route/Place via SMS service 3. Approximate location (network based) and precise location (GPS and network based) – Used to acquire the location of the device for mapping 4. Read your contacts – Used for Sharing Route/Place via SMS service to your Contacts 5. Modify or delete the contents of your SD card – Used for downloading, storing and updating maps, voice, content, etc. to be stored on device or on the SD card. 6. Read the contents of your SD card - Used for downloading, storing and updating maps, voice, content, etc. to be stored on device or on the SD card 7. Find accounts on the device - Used for Licensing the App on the device 8. Connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi – Used for services that require Internet access 9. Full network access – Downloading Live Traffic info, etc. 10. Receive data from Internet - Downloading Live Traffic info, etc. 11. View network connections - Used for services that require Internet access 12. View Wi-Fi connections - Used for services that require Internet access 13. Prevent phone from sleeping – Device should not go to sleep mode during navigation 14. Access extra location provider commands - Used to acquire the location of the device for mapping 15. Smart Drive collects anonymous information about your location to help improve RTA live traffic service - No personal identifier is associated with this data and most importantly RTA does not trade, rent, or sell this information to others 16. Approval for push notifications – These push notifications will inform users about map updates When you contact RTA for support, we ask for your name, e-mail address and device specifications in order to provide you with relevant and useful information that will resolve any issue you might be experiencing with the RTA Smart Drive. RTA abides by Facebook's Privacy Policy for all users of the RTA Smart Drive: Drive & Share Facebook Application. إن هيئة الطرق و المواصلات، إحدى مؤسسات حكومة دبي، تحترم كلياً خصوصية كل مستخدم لتطبيق "سمارت درايف". و وفقاً لنظام تشغيل الهواتف المحمولة، فإنه من الأفضل للمستخدم أن يسمح للتطبيق بالوصول إلى بعض خصائص الجهاز وخدماته. عِلْماً بأن أي وصول أو ربط من التطبيق مع خدمات الجهاز وخصائصه، تستخدم لتزويد المستخدم بمعلومات مرورية مباشرة وبخدمات ملاحية. وفي حالة استخدامك لهذا التطبيق سواء مع خدمة المعلومات المرورية أو بدونها فإننا لا نحفظ ولا نربط أي بيانات شخصية مهما كانت، مع المعلومات المكانية للمستخدم. ولأننا نحرص على رفع درجة الوعي والخبرة لدى المستخدم، والتزاماً بالمسؤولية نودّ أن نخبرك لماذا يتطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى خدمات وخصائص متعددة في جهاز المستخدم: 1. قراءة حالة و هوية الجهاز- تُطلب لترخيص التطبيق لجهازك. 2. استلام رسائل نصية- تُطلب لتمكينك من أرسال موقعك و مساراتك عن طريق رسالة نصية.. 3. تحديد الموقع التقريبي لجهاز المستخدم (بواسطة أبراج الاتصالات) ومعرفة الموقع الدقيق لجهازه (بواسطة الجي بي اس وأبراج الاتصالات): لاستخدامها في تشغيل الخارطة الملاحية. 4. قراءة جهات الاتصال في هاتف المستخدم- تتم لتمكين المستخدم من مشاركة مساراته ونقاط اهتمامه وتداولها من خلال خدمة الرسائل النصية. 5. طلب تعديل أو مسح محتويات بطاقة الذاكرة الرقمية: من اجل تحميل الخرائط ومحتوياتها والأصوات وتخزينها وتحديثها، وذلك لتأمين حفظها في الجهاز أو في بطاقة الذاكرة الرقمية. 6. قراءة محتويات بطاقة الذاكرة الرقمية- يتم هذا من اجل تحميل الخرائط ومحتوياتها والأصوات وتخزينها وتحديثها، وذلك لتأمين حفظها في الجهاز أو في بطاقة الذاكرة الرقمية. 7. معرفة الحسابات المرتبطة بالجهاز- لغرض ترخيص التطبيق وتكامله مع الجهاز. 8. الاتصال وقطع الاتصال بخدمة واي فاي- يكون لغرض توفير الخدمات التي تتطلب الاتصال بالإنترنت. 9. الاتصال الكامل بشبكة الاتصالات- لغرض تحميل المعلومات المرورية المباشرة، إلخ. 10. استقبال بيانات من الانترنت- لغرض تحميل المعلومات المرورية المباشرة، و خلافه. 11. معرفة الاتصالات بمزود شبكة الانترنت- يكون لغرض توفير الخدمات التي تتطلب الاتصال بالإنترنت 12. الاطلاع على اتصالات الواي فاي- يكون لغرض توفير الخدمات التي تتطلب الاتصال بالإنترنت. 13. منع الجهاز من الانتقال إلى وضع السكون- لا يمكن تشغيل التوجيه الملاحي عندما يكون الجهاز في وضع السكون. 14. الوصول إلى أوامر إضافية لتحديد موقع الجهاز على الخارطة. 15. حصول تطبيق سمارت درايف على بيانات موقع المستخدم في الخارطة بدون ربطها بالمعرف الخاص بالمستخدم لتحسين خدمة المعلومات المرورية المباشرة لهيئة الطرق والمواصلات بدبي- لا يوجد ربط للبيانات مع المستخدم، بل إنّ هيئة الطرق والمواصلات بدبي لا تبادِل هذه البيانات ولا تؤجرها ولا تبيعها لأحد قط. 16. موافقة المستخدم على استقبال إشعارات- هذه الإشعارات تقوم بإخبار المستخدم بتوفر تحديث للخريطة. عندما تتصل بهيئة الطرق والمواصلات بدبي لطلب الدعم فسوف نطلب اسمك وعنوان بريدك الألكتروني وموصفات جهازك لتزويدك بالمعلومات المناسبة والمفيدة لحل أي مشكلة قد تتعرض لها مع سمارت درايف. ويلتزم سمارت درايف بسياسة فيسبوك الخصوصية لكل مستخدميه في تطبيق درايف آند شير. شكراً لك لاستخدام تطبيق "سمارت درايف". ونتمنى لك قيادة آمنة. |
